Our customers come to Skipton Direct when they need advice and support. We have many different roles ranging from Customer Advisers to Team Managers and Mortgage Advisers. Our customers can choose to contact us by telephone, web chat, or secure message and whichever means they use, we aim to deliver a great experience.
Whatever your role in Skipton Direct you’ll find every opportunities to develop your career. It’s a challenging and supportive environment and we will provide you with all the training you need to succeed, as well as providing you with on-going support when you are in your role taking calls from our customers. There’s no one type of person we’re looking for – you’ll find a mix of skills, ambitions and personalities here. What our people do share in common, however, is a natural ability to talk and have really great conversations with our customers and help them with their life ahead. In other words, they live and breathe our values in everything they do. It’s not all work and no play, of course – we have fun together too and we enjoy working here.
