You may already know where your passion lies and we can help you develop that passion, or you may be open to where your career could go and we can give you the experience you need to decide. You will experience working in 5 different areas of the business while completing a Business Administrator Apprenticeship at level 3. The programmes has been designed to demonstrate how different departments work together to provide a great customer experience.
Your first year will be split into three placements of four months each where you’ll develop a great understanding of our customers in a variety of different areas, including our Customer Contact Centre, Branch Network, Digital and Operations teams within our Head Office. It’s a brilliant way to understand our customers more and learn how we build long and lasting relationships with them.
You’ll deepen your knowledge with 2 further 6 months placements in other areas of our business. We recognise you’ll have individual career aspirations and we’ll work with you to try and match these to the right business area for you. This could include IT, Marketing, Digital, HR, Risk, Finance, Branch Network, Customer Contact Centre, Audit and Operations.
Each placement will allow you to experience how our teams connect with each other to deliver an outstanding customer experience and gain an understanding of your own strengths to help you make decisions for your future career.

Applications for our September intake open up in March, remaining open until the end of May. Assessment Centres will run throughout July, with successful applicants being invited to start ready for September. To apply you will need the following:
