An opportunity for Outbound Customer Contact Consultants to join a busy environment selling our service proposition to existing customer base.
We want friendly, motivated people who are willing to work hard, learn and progress their career as the Society grows and expands. No formal qualifications are required however interest / experience in financial services and sales would be useful. Full training will be provided.
As a Customer Contact Consultant you will be part of a Head Office team responsible for contacting existing customers to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. You will need to be self-confident, and have the ability to naturally build rapport as well as being able to use your questioning techniques to get the best out of every call. Your responsibilities will include:
• To fully review our customers circumstances in relation to products and services and book them in for financial review with either Branch, Skipton Direct or a Financial Adviser.
• Working as a team by offering support to colleagues to build and maintain engagement and morale, to deliver positive outcomes for our customers.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders in the Branch Network and Skipton Financial Advice.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy and quality at all times
• Ensure an effective diary system is in place for follow up calls to ensure the best possible customer outcomes and to manage expectations
Communication is key for this role and as an ideal candidate you will be patient, resilient and a good listener. You will feel confident to suggest suitable services to our customers based on their needs, and handle any queries/concerns from the customer to ensure they are happy to proceed with the next steps.
You will be motivated by achieving goals and have a desire to succeed within a large team environment. As Financial Services is an ever changing industry, you will be keen to learn and keep up to date with the latest products and services to ensure customers are receiving the best service possible to help them plan for their life ahead.
