We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Image Processing team where you will be dealing with the correspondence and documentation to the Society’s Eflow data System. You will be expected to transfer this in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring that good quality images are produced and obtained at all times.

The main responsibility of the role is to ensure that documentation coming into the department is scanned and adheres to service standards. You would be expected to adhere to service level agreements across the Society. You will need to accurately be able to identify originals, logging these then returning them back to the correct team. You will also be expected to respond to any queries and assist where able. In the role you would be responsible for sharing your expertise in relation to scanning documents with the team by providing support, guidance and training.
We are looking for an individual with a can do attitude who is able to adapt to ensure all work is achieved on time. The successful individual will be able to work well as part of a team and also as an individual using their own initiative. You will also have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and be able to prioritise effectively. A willingness to learn and develop within the role is important.
