Skipton Building Society has an exciting new opportunity in our Reward and Governance Team.
Working with a small team of Reward professionals the successful applicant will enjoy a busy and varied role providing first class support across all aspects of our colleague reward and benefits package.
You will need to be passionate about service delivery and service excellence as you approach the many different challenges offered by the role. Liaising with both internal colleagues and managers and external suppliers you will find yourself supporting the efficient management of our pay processes, the effective and engaging communication of our colleague benefits package and the successful maintenance of our many governance frameworks.
If you pride yourself on having excellent administration skills with a desire to use these to further develop and improve our colleague experience then this could be the role for you. We are looking for a self-motivated well organised individual who is able to manage a number of different activities at the same time. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills along with an appetite to learn how to operate new systems and technologies. They will also be numerate, have good written skills with the ability to communicate effectively to our colleagues, managers and suppliers.
Experience of working in HR or Reward would be beneficial although not essential as full training will be provided.
A flexible attitude to work would also be expected as the workloads can fluctuate throughout the year.
