Job Introduction

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join the Customer Services Team where you will be dealing with all customer administration. Working as part of the Customer Services Team you will provide a high standard of service, dealing with the on-boarding and post sale administration of customer and Financial Adviser requests.

Main Responsibilities

Main Activities/Tasks

  • Accurately input customer and investment details onto the back office system
  • Follow the checking process for all incoming files to ensure all submitted investments are sent to the provider with no errors and within agreed Service Standards
  • Compile valuation packs for customers and advisers
  • Process all customers correspondence pre and post sale
  • Activities and tasks have to be completed within set standard turnaround times and require a high level of accuracy
  • Individual tasks will be trained out in accordance with the pre defined Skills Matrix

Other Duties

  • Deal with correspondence from customers, insurers and third parties on a daily basis, forward on as required
  • Contact providers/customers via telephone or provider websites to chase outstanding documents or requests
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date diary whilst working within service standards

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are highly organised and are able to adapt their workload to ensure all work is achieved on time. The successful individual will be able to work well as part of a team and also as an individual using their own initiative. You will also have a willingness to learn and have the ability to interact with customers.
